“I am passionate about coaching individuals and organizations as they find functional nutrition and lifestyle solutions for optimal health for themselves and the people they serve. I thrive on working with people as they uncover self-efficacy and self-awareness to lead their best life. In addition, as a Boston Marathoner and longtime runner, I welcome the opportunity to work with athletic trainers and athletes to optimize performance for recreational and elite athletes. I believe that if we fuel our body to promote gut health we can all achieve the promise of vitality.“ Tami Best
