All clients will have free access to their own Better app and online portal. Track your food with photo food logging, track your weight, take selfie progress photos, schedule your sessions, message and video chat with your functional nutrition and integrative health practitioner directly – right from your phone!
Please note – Sessions purchased as part of a package or a bundle are good for 1 year from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions not used within a year unfortunately expire and are non-refundable. Please work with your dietitian to ensure purchased sessions are used accordingly.
We require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. No-shows or cancellations occurring with less than 24-hour notice will be processed as occurred, using a credit from a purchased package.
