A Wellness Journey for Midlife Women

Rise & Thrive is a 7-week guided wellness experience for women navigating perimenopause or post-menopause who feel that their body has changed and want a supportive, sustainable way to care for themselves in this stage of life.

The program is computer-based so you can join from anywhere. It blends short science-based education, reflection, tiny habit formation, and community support to help women build clarity, confidence, and realistic routines that fit into real life.

Purpose of the Program

Midlife brings real physical and emotional changes. What once worked for sleep, energy, mood, movement, or nutrition may no longer feel effective.

Rise & Thrive was created to help women:

  • Better understand what is happening in their body
  • Reduce overwhelm from conflicting advice
  • Build small, sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing
  • Feel supported and less alone during a season that can feel isolating

This program is not about fixing or overhauling.
It is about learning how to support yourself differently.

Who This Program Is For

Rise & Thrive is designed for women who:

  • Are in perimenopause or post-menopause
  • Feel frustrated that what used to work no longer does
