Exciting News: I’m a Certified Women’s Functional and Integrative Medicine Practitioner!
I am thrilled to share that I have officially graduated from the Women’s Functional and Integrative Medicine Certification Program, a comprehensive ten-month intensive course designed to empower practitioners with cutting-edge knowledge and tools to support women’s health holistically.
This program has been an incredible journey, covering topics such as:
- The Total Ecology of Women’s Health
- Food as Medicine
- Herbs and Supplements
- Gut Health and Root Cause triggers
- Endocrinology, Hormones, and Metabolism
- Inflammation, Immunity, and Detoxification
- Gynecological Protocols
- Neuroinflammation, Mind, Mood, and Sleep
Through this certification, I’ve gained expertise in addressing root causes of health concerns, integrating functional nutrition principles, and creating personalized nutrition and lifestyle care plans for women at every stage of life. From hormonal health to gut healing, mental wellness, and beyond, I am now equipped to help women thrive in their quest for health and vitality.
I am deeply passionate about supporting women in achieving optimal health and well-being, and I can’t wait to bring this knowledge into nutrition practice. Stay tuned for updates, tips, and insights as I embark on this exciting new chapter!
